I decided to take a look at the 2020 Census data and redistricting in the City of Albany. Ward 12, the Pine Bush is the biggest winner while North Albany Ward 4 is the biggest looser. Pine Hills Ward 13 was hurt a lot by COVID 19 and college students being remote during April 2020.
